CUB SCOUT SHOOTING SPORTS CERTIFICATION

Location: Sandscrest Scout Reservation (192 McColloch Dr, Wheeling)

Date: Saturday, April 12, 2025

Time: 12:00 PM (noon) to 4:00 PM

Cost: $10.00

This required training is for anyone who will be volunteering as a Cub Scout BB Gun or Archery Rangemaster (course codes CS31 and CS32). The Cub Scout Shooting Certification is valid for two years. Participants will be asked to commit to assist with two District or Council-related events during this certification time, and/or Cub Camping related activities that have BBs, Archery or Sling Shot component.

Note that this training will not allow you to run a range at the Scouts BSA (Troop) level. You will need to complete a USA Archery Level 1 Course for that.
