FALL FELLOWSHIP WEEKEND
October 3-5, 2025
Sandscrest Scout Reservation
All OA members are welcome! Come out and join us at Sandscrest Scout Reservation for our Duck themed Fall Social Weekend.
Check in will be Friday night at the training center building from 6:00-7:00pm with the Health Officer. Saturday there will be all kinds of fun activities!
This weekend will include the Election of Lodge Officers (Chief, Vice Chief and Secretary) for the 2026 year.
Can't make the whole weekend? That's okay! Sign up for just Saturday and if you are able to stay until Sunday - even better!!
Camping - will be in the no-heat cabins and if you want BRING a TENT to be prepared!
If you have a cot, bring a cot otherwise pad as the cabins only have 4 bunk beds but can fit more cots.
Don't forget to bring some money too as the OA trading post will be there with the new t-shirts, hats, and other items for purchase!
Who: ALL OA members
Cost: $15 per member ($20 after September 20)
- SATURDAY ONLY - $10 per member ($15 after September 20)
Registration Closes: Monday, September 29 at 11:59pm
Check-in/Check-out:
Friday check-in will be at 7PM in the training center.
Everyone must check-in with the Health Officer. If you are a youth, your parent/guardian must be present with Health Officer.
Saturday-only attendees check-in should arrive at 8 AM on Saturday and check-in at the training center with the Health Officer
Sunday check-out will be at 10 AM in the training center with Health Officer after the Lodge meeting where elections will be held for Lodge Chief, Vice Chief, and Secretary.

Notes:
- Completion of the Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR) Parts A-B is required for all attendees. PHYSICAL HEALTH FORMS MUST BE TURNED INTO THE HEALTH OFFICER UPON CHECK-IN.
