Project COPE Level 1 & 2 Training
Offered for individuals who want to be more involved in the COPE (Low and High Ropes) program at Camp Mountaineer.
Training will cover:
- Operations of COPE Program including Low Course, High Course, and Tower operations
- Administrative record keeping
- Group Processing / Development
- Sequencing
- Trust Activities
- Low and High Ropes Activities
- Standards
- Inspections
- Trust Activities
- Emergency management scenarios
Date & Time: Friday, May 3, 6 PM - Sunday, May 5, 5 PM
Cost: $40 ($30 if paid by April 5)
(includes course materials, food, campsite for overnight stay)
registration closes Friday, April 26
Prequisites:
- must have a current Foundation training card
- must be at least age 16
- must be currently registered in the BSA
- must bring a current BSA Annual Health & Medical Record (Parts A & B)
