Join your fellow Arrowmen in a fantastic opportunity of leadership development. The Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is a FREE event open to any youth and adult members in Menawngihella Lodge. The event will feature many acclaimed training sessions by several talented presenters who will be traveling from outside of Mountaineer Area Council.
The event will take place at Camp Mountaineer on Friday, November 17 at 6:00 PM and run until Sunday, November 19 at 12:00 PM.
This training is highly encouraged and relevant to any position within the Lodge, Troop, and even activities outside of Scouting. If you have ever considered taking on a leadership role, you won’t want to miss out on this incredible experience.
To Bring:
- pack for cabin camping
- laptop/charger (not required, but some may find it helpful)
- Sleeping bag or bedding
- Pillow
- Rain gear
- Flashlight + batteries
- Toiletries & Towels
- Field uniform
- OA Sash
- Activity shirts
- Hoodie, Extra pants, socks, underwear and shoes

- BSA medical form parts A & B and any medications
