FALL SOCIAL WEEKEND
CAMP MOUNTAINEER | OCT 18-20, 2024
All OA members are welcome! Come out and join us at camp mountaineer for our Greek Games themed Fall Social Weekend. We are bringing homage back to the first! Who were the first? They were the Greek Gods or offspring such as Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Athena, Artemis, and more.
Check in will be Friday night at the dining hall from 6:00-7:00pm with the Health Officer. Saturday there will be all kinds of fun activities including a costume competition and party, so bring your best costume and show us your best Olympian!
COST:
Weekend cost - $25 per person ($20 if paid by October 12) for Friday-Sunday
Saturday Only - $20 per person ($15 if paid by October 12)
(registration closes on 10/15 at 11:59pm)
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Friday check-in will be 6pm-7pm for current OA members at DINING HALL
Saturday check-in will be with the Health Officer. You should come to DINING HALL first.
Everyone must check-in with the Health Officer. If you are a youth, your parent/guardian must be present with Health Officer
Sunday check-out will be at 9am in the DINING HALLl with Health Officer.
HEALTH FORMS
Completion of the Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR) Parts A-B is required for all attendees
