Cheat District Cub Scout Adventure Weekend
and Pinewood Derby!
May 13 - 15, 2022 

WHO: Cub Scouts, parents and adult leaders. Scouts BSA youth are welcome to register with the expectation that they are acting as a den chief for the Pack, and helping the adult Pack leaders throughout the weekend. Weekend programming will be appropriate for Cub Scouts. 

WHEN: Friday, May 13 -- Sunday, May 15, 2022
             Check-in on Friday between 6:00 - 7:30PM at the Welcome Center
             Check-out on Sunday at 10:00AM

WHERE: Camp Mountaineer

COST: 

For those camping for the weekend:

Paid by April 29: Cub Scouts $20, Scouts BSA $15, adults $10, event staff $0 (registration still required) 

Paid after April 29: Cub Scouts $25, Scouts BSA $20, adults $15, event staff $0 (registration still required) 

Cost includes: campsite fees, event patch, program and instruction with materials, insurance, Pinewood Derby recognition trophies, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For those Cub Scouts participating in the Saturday Pinewood Derby only (not camping): $10, event staff $0 (registration still required)

REGISTRATION: Registration will close on May 5, 2022. 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: 

Additional details about the weekend, including the Leader's Guide and full schedule, will be posted no later than March 18, 2022. 

Scouts will be assigned to a campsite (with other Scouts from their same Pack) based on total number of registrants as of May 5, 2022. 

Trading Post will be open on Saturday! Stop by for snacks, drinks and your favorite Camp Mountaineer souvenirs!
