Cheat District's
Required Training Session for 
Eagle Scout Service Project Approvers and 
Eagle Board of Review Representatives

In order to ensure Mountaineer Area Council complies with the National Boy Scouts of America Guide to Advancement, any Scouter who wishes to represent the Council Advancement & Recognition Committee to approve Eagle Scout service projects as well as any Scouter who wishes organize Eagle Scout boards of review is required to attend this training session. The session may be a refresher to many and will cover:

• Eagle Scout service project steps, approvals, timeline, and expectations
• Eagle Scout board of review process and make up
• Eagle Scout application review

WHO: All Scouters who wish to approve Eagle Scout service projects AND all Scouters who wish to conduct Eagle Scout boards of review.  Only those Scouters who attend this training session will be permitted to represent the Council Advancement & Recognition Committee in these capacities. 

WHEN: Thursday, June 24, 2021; 7:00PM 

WHERE: Virtually, via Zoom.  Connection information will be sent via email to those registered.

COST: There is no cost associated with this training.
