The Scouting program does not exist without the dedication of hundreds of adult volunteers.  Join us to celebrate their involvement and recognize many with several awards including the Silver Beaver Award, which is the highest Scouting award presented by a council.  Come and be part of an enjoyable gathering filled with great conversations, delicious lunch, and an exciting silent auction!

We will also recognize the Eagle Scout Class of 2025!

 

Award nomination forms are due by January 31, 2026 to info@mountaineerscouting.org.

Event registration closes March 14, 2026.

REGISTRATION CLOSES:  Saturday, March 14
 

COST:  

  • Early-Bird (by February 28): $30 per person
  • Regular Price (after February 28): $35 per person
  • Class of 2025 Eagle Scouts are invited to attend at no cost!
