The Scouting program does not exist without the dedication of hundreds of adult volunteers.  Join us to celebrate their involvement and recognize many with several awards including the Silver Beaver Award, which is the highest Scouting award presented by a council.  Come and be part of an enjoyable gathering filled with great conversations, delicious lunch, and an exciting silent auction!

WHO: All Scouting America Volunteers, Class of 2024 Eagle Scouts 

WHEN: Saturday, March 22nd, 2025

• 11-12 Set Up

• 12-1 Silent auction and networking

• 1- 2:30 Lunch and Program

• 2:30-3:30 Payments for auction and networking

• 3:30-4 Clean Up

WHERE: Whitehall Event Center at the Middletown Commons, 2600 Middletown Commons, Suite 128, Fairmont, WV

COST: 

• $35 per person ($30 if paid by February 22)
• Class of 2024 Eagle Scouts are invited to attend at no charge.
