This special weekend will provide current lodge members and advisers with an opportunity to preview and better understand the new national Order of the Arrow Induction Experience currently being implemented across the country. The updated experience places a stronger emphasis on meaningful symbolism, immersive candidate engagement, servant leadership, reflection, and creating a more impactful and relevant induction journey for new members.

Throughout the weekend, participants will experience key elements of the new induction process, discuss implementation strategies, and help prepare Oconomowoc Lodge to successfully deliver the updated national program to future candidates and members.
