SUPER SUMMER SERVICE SOCIAL!

CAMP MOUNTAINEER | SATURDAY, JUNE 6

OA members, join us for a great day of service in preparation for our summer camp season. We will help setup camp for the upcoming resident camp season.  Arrowmen should eat breakfast before coming to camp as breakfast will not be provided.  Bring your daypack with work gloves, sunscreen, water bottle, and Scout essentials.  Plan for the weather.

We will have cracker barrel snacks in the dining hall.  

Remember to bring your current Annual Health & Medical Record A&B forms for the health officer, Lauren Namsupak, to review and have on hand.  She will return forms upon check out.

Date & Time:  Saturday, June 6, 9:00am

Cost:  FREE (includes cracker barrel)

Registration closes Thursday, June 4.

Tentative Schedule

8:30 - Check in with Health Officer at dining hall

9:00- Begin service work

12:15 - End service work

12:30 - Parents/guardians to check out Scouts with Health Officer at dining hall

NOTE:  Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) meeting to follow service from 1-2 PM
