OA VIGIL WEEKEND 2025

Join us for a historic weekend as Menawngihella Lodge celebrates our final Vigil Honor class before the new, merged lodge kicks off!

This special event will take place on July 26-27 at Camp Mountaineer.

We invite all past Vigil Honor members of any lodge to come together in celebration and support of the 2025 class of Vigil Honor members and to reconnect with our local lodge.

VIGIL BREAKFAST ATTENDEES: 

• Ceremony will occur at 7:00 AM Sunday, followed by breakfast at 8:00 AM
• Fee is $25 ($20 if paid by July 12); fee include this year's commemorative Vigil Breakfast patch 

VIGIL CANDIDATES & STAFF:

• Arrive at 7:00 PM Saturday (check-in specifics will be sent to those registered prior to the weekend)
• Ceremony will occur at 7:00 AM Sunday, followed by breakfast
• Candidates attend the entire weekend, including breakfast, at no cost

VIGIL SPONSORSHIPS:

• Individuals are invited to consider being a Vigil Sponsor to help offset the costs of the candidates and overall experience
• Sponsorships are separate from weekend registration
• Sponsorship fee is $50 and includes coverage of overall event costs and candidates' cost of:
  • Vigil Triangle
  • Vigil Sash
  • Weekend Fee
  • Customized Ash Jar
  • Vigil Flap and Weekend Patch
  • Vigil Nametags
