Registration Form For Vendors to Reserve Booth Space

A Scouting show open to the public to learn more about the Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA and Venturing program for older teens.

"Scout-O-Rama" is an indoor/outdoor "trade show" of all Scouting has to offer, featuring 10'x10' (or larger) booths for units from the Council, to provide Scouting skills demonstrations, games, activities or other information.

Commercial vendors with a product or service to the Scouting Community are encouraged to help sponsor this event by hosting a vendor booth to help promote your company's product or service. A nominal fee of $100 will provide your company with a 10'x10' booth space.

*A power option for your space is available for an additional $50. Power will ONLY be allowed for inside booths and may not be available to everyone. Needs will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
