Before registering or paying you MUST have your booth approved.

If your Troop, Pack or Crew would like to put on a fundraising booth to raise money for your Unit, please let us know what you have in mind. Once approved, you will come back to this registration form to pay your fees.

Scout Units doing fundraisers and Commercial Vendors:
Please register here and pay your fees after approval of your application.

Approved Scout units who want to do fundraising at WashJam 2020 will need to register and pay the Unit Fundraiser Registration Fee of $100. All unit fundraising booth staff must register as WashJam Participants and pay the applicable staff or participant fees.

Commercial Vendors who wish to participate in WashJam 2020 may register after approval of their proposal. Approved commercial vendors who advertise or sell products will need to register and pay a $500 vendor fee. Commercial vendor booth staff are covered under the $500 fee.
