We are looking for Volunteers! Adult and older responsible youth to help run stations at this event!

Troops, Crews, and Volunteers

Webelos Woods and AOL Adventures is a wonderful opportunity for Troops to inspire Cub Scouts to crossover into a Scouts BSA program, as well as advertising your own Troop! We are asking that each Troop who attends to staff a Scout Skills Station and create a flyer /handout highlighting the important and fun aspects of their Troop. Troops will arrive on Friday Night at 6 pm. All Troops will then meet together that evening at 7:30 pm (added)  to go over the event and prepare their stations. Troop register your adults as "Troop Adults" and your youth as "BSA Youth". Everyone who will be attending needs to register before September 6th at midnight!

Each adult and youth volunteer should register by September 6th. This will allow us to get an accurate count for food and campsites. There will be a cost of $10 per person to cover the cost of food. If this is a point of stress or issue for anyone please reach out to Rachael.weaver@scouting.org.

For this event your Troop will be provided with a Campsite and meals (beginning with a light cracker barrel on Friday night). Your Troop will need to provide qualified supervision and meet Youth Protection Standards within your campsite.

Questions about staffing Webelos Woods & AOL Adventures email Abbey Weber at RainierDistrictActivitiesCommittee@PacificHarbors.Org.

Volunteer Stations- These stations work through adventures and practical skills with both the Webelos and AOLs. Volunteers running stations will stay at their station throughout Saturday and groups of Cub Scouts will come to them to complete the activity. We will provide all of the supplies and directions for each station!
