What does the $45 IOLS fee cover?

Your registration helps the council deliver a safe, hands-on training weekend. The fee covers meals, campsite and facility expenses, program materials, handouts, shared cooking fuel/equipment, insurance, and recognition items. It also supports important behind-the-scenes costs such as registration services, credit-card fees, staff support, equipment maintenance and replacement, technology systems, and overall council overhead. Together, these direct and indirect costs ensure a high-quality IOLS experience and help us keep outdoor leadership training strong and affordable for everyone.
