OA Craft and Ceremonies
Join Us for the 13th Annual
Craft & Ceremony Fellowship
February 25 - 27, 2022
This is a unique event that focuses on the pageantry and traditions of the Order of the Arrow and Nisqually Lodge. Have you wondered about the button blankets you see members and ceremonialists wear? You can find out more about that tradition, design and make your own, or help build one for your Chapter. The weekend will also include classes on ceremonies, Elangomat training, and drumming. There will also be an opportunity to advance to the Brotherhood Honor*.
Craft Kits are available for purchase and can be picked up at the Craft & Ceremony Fellowship. Here you will have an opportunity to work on your kit alongside others who can help you and offer tips on how to complete your kit.
Individual project kits include: Button Blankets and Moccasins (see Event Fees for kit pricing). Group projects (no cost) will also be going on, including preparing Chapter blankets and backdrops.
Event Check-in begins at 6 p.m. Friday. Check-out between 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. Sunday.
Hope You Join Us!
*If you have been an Ordeal member for at least 6 months, you are eligible to advance to the Brotherhood Honor. Talk to your Chapter Chief or Chapter Advisor for more information and for how to prepare.
