LDS 11 Year Old Scout Camp
Registration Form

August 1st - 2nd, 2019
 

• All Scouts will need to bring a tent
• Adults may stay in a bunkhouse as long as there are 2 deep leadership in the campsite
• Scouts will receive signatures directly in their handbooks
• Must be registered in a Boy Scout Troop by the session start
• Scouts will sign up for their rank classes after check-in and families are encouraged to stay to assist their son

The BSA Annual Health Form Parts A&B will be collected on the first day of camp.It is REQUIRED for ALL PARTICIPANTS, Scouts and Adults!
