Join us for our annual Program Planning Summit as we bring together the leaders responsible for planning and coordinating council and district programs, events, trainings, and activities.

Together, we will review the current 2027 Council Calendar, coordinate schedules across committees and programs, resolve potential conflicts, and begin laying the groundwork for our 2028 calendar. This collaborative meeting helps ensure our events complement one another and allows us to identify opportunities to work together throughout the year.

Please come prepared with any proposed dates for:
