Jamboree on the Air and the Jamboree on the Internet!

This fun-filled day takes place at the Sharon Grange located in Oakville, WA. In addition to the Jamboree on the Air and Jamboree on the Internet (JOTA-JOTI) there will also be other activities for Cub Scouts like bb guns, sling shot, and maybe even a GaGa ball pit! On this day, Scouts all over the world will connect with each other through the internet and over amateur radio.

JOTA-JOTI is the world’s largest digital Scouting event, bringing together Scouts from around the globe through amateur radio and the internet. Held annually in October, Scouts connect with other young people, explore different cultures, practice communication and technology skills, and participate in educational activities. The event promotes international friendship and allows Scouts to experience the worldwide Scouting movement without leaving their local community.
