2025 Spring Camporee: A Weekend of Adventure, Skills, and Fun!

When: April 11–13, 2025
Where: Doyle Farm, 14045 George Rd SE, Yelm, WA 98597
Who: Scouts BSA Troops, Venture Crews, Ships, and Arrow of Light Scouts

Event Fees:

• Scouts BSA Scouts: $35
• Troop Adult Leadership: $25
• Staff: $20
• Arrow of Light Scouts (Not Overnight): $25
• Arrow of Light Parent/Guardian or Pack 2-Deep Leadership: $20

• Disability Awareness Zone: Build understanding and empathy.
• COPE and Field Games: Take on challenges that build teamwork and trust!
• Trail to First Class & Merit Badge Midway: Work toward your advancement goals.
• Dutch Oven Cook-Off: Compete in Patrol and Scoutmaster categories for the glory—and an official BSA Dutch Oven! (Hamburger meat provided.)

Patch Design Contest
Design the 2025 Spring Camporee Patch for a chance to win free registration!

Rules:

• Must be designed by a Scout.
• Theme: Scouting Together.
• Design fits within a 3.5-inch circle or square.
• Submit by January 31, 2025, to tyler.fine@scouting.org.

Camporee Details

• Arrow of Light Scouts: Invited by and registered with a Troop. Must bring a parent/guardian or Pack 2-Deep Leadership if the Troop and Pack are not chartered together. No overnight camping.
• Unit Registration: Only one registration per unit. Select patrol numbers and complete youth registration on the next page.
• Camping Gear: Scouts bring their own tents and equipment.
• Meals: Provided by patrols/troops.
• Early Setup Opportunity: Campsites open for Friday night camping!
