The conference dates are July 23-31, 2027. Registrations for the contingent will be on a first paid, first accepted basis.  If more than 8 youth sign up, those not on the initial contingent list will be given the option to be on standby or receive a refund. Note that the $500 deposit  is due now, and $150 Monthly through May 2027.
