Troop Shooting Sports Day at Cowles Scout Reservation 

A day of FUN at the ranges! 

You will have the opportunity to complete a competitive course of fire in the morning and strut your stuff.  After lunch, ranges will be available for open shooting time which can be used to work on qualifications for merit badges, marksmanship program targets or just because you enjoy shooting.  Please plan to bring your own lunch or purchase lunch when registering for $5.

Units are welcomed to camp at Cowles Scout Reservation on Friday and/or Saturday night.  Scouts may attend without their unit but they must have an adult stay also: we are not able to provide leadership for lone scouts.  Mandatory safety briefings will be Friday evening with a make-up briefing on Saturday morning.  Updated times and details will be provided in the attached leaders guide coming in early December!
