Order of the Arrow Gosuch Induction Weekend

Candidates: All candidates should arrive between 7:30pm-8pm. It is highly advised that you do not arrive any earlier than this. You must bring your Medical Form (A&B) and Full Uniform (Merit Badge Sash and Medals should stay home). However, you will NOT need your uniform until Saturday Afternoon, so please come in clothes you do not mind getting dirty (Work Clothes and work gloves). Also bring a sleeping bag, pad, tarp, (no tent), flashlight, water bottle, knife and personal toiletries. 

For the Fall Induction, family is encouraged to attend the ordeal ceremony, for this purpose family may also attend Saturday dinner from 5-6pm, afterwards we will walk to the ceremony grounds (so bring walking shoes). The actual ordeal ceremony will be at 6:30pm with the conclusion to be about 7:15pm. Afterwards, we will be having Lodge and Chapter meetings before cleaning up and heading home. However, if a participant is unable to stay for these pick up will start on Saturday once they have returned from the Ordeal Ceremony around 7:30pm.

Arrowmen: We ask that you arrive between 6pm-7pm, Those serving as Elangomats should arrive no later than 7pm. Please bring Medical Form (A&B) work clothes, gloves, full uniform, and personal toiletries. Elangomats should also bring a tarp.

Everyone: The event will officially end at 9pm and people are fine to leave after that, if that is not possible then people are optionally allowed to stay until the next morning being required to have left by 10:00AM. (No need to worry about SYT, as we will have the required number of adults and youth staying for it) 

**Annual Pass Update**: To streamline operations on the reporting and accounting side, Annual passes will no longer be a seperate registration type. Please use the appropriate age type. If you have an annual pass, enter the voucher code AP2026 in the registrant infomration field. This is a validated field so it will only work if you have an annual pass in the system. Please note that if you purchase an annual pass, it will not be available in the system until a system sync is run. So, if you are doing so same day, please email martin.mcnichols@nanuk-lodge.org so that he can update the listings. Feel free to still complete your registration selecting pay later once you have emailed him, then he can apply the pass immediately upon syncing the systems. Thank you.
