The OA Annual Banquet is our time to celebrate the accomplishments of the lodge over the past year and to welcome our 2027 lodge officers. All are invited to attend—Arrowmen, families, and supporters. We look forward to hosting you with a cheerful smile!

Lodge Leadership Development (LLD)

For our Arrowmen, this event also includes an opportunity to participate in Lodge Leadership Development, the primary training program for local lodge leadership.

LLD prepares Arrowmen with the skills needed to plan, lead, and strengthen a successful lodge program. The training is designed to spark creativity, encourage teamwork, and equip future leaders with tools and strategies that support continued growth.

Many lodges across the nation hold LLD as standalone events or as part of lodge gatherings such as fellowships—and we are excited to offer it during this event. The LLD session includes the OA Annual banquet attendance as well.
