What's Wood Badge All About?

Wood Badge is a dynamic and immersive course designed to make you a better leader in every area of life—at work, home, parenting, and, of course, in Scouting. Imagine five days filled with purpose-driven games, engaging presentations, and powerful small-group activities, all focused on giving you the tools to lead with vision and purpose. 

Who Can Join?

Wood Badge is open to all adults in Scouting—whether you're with Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouts, or involved at the district or council level. If you're 18 or older and registered with Scouting America, you're eligible!

What to Expect:

The course is over two weekends, covering five days, opening your eyes to a whole new level of Scouting. You'll understand why every moment counts, from the team challenges to the camaraderie around the campfire, as you learn to inspire change and build the future.
