Sikhs Mox Lamonti Lodge Leadership Retreat

Join the Sikhs Mox Lamonti Lodge Executive Committee on Saturday, August 29, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a focused leadership retreat designed to prepare the lodge for a successful year ahead. This working session will bring youth officers and their advisers together to make important decisions, strengthen the LEC, and position the lodge for long-term success.

During the retreat, participants will:

• Finalize plans and responsibilities for the Fall Induction
• Complete the proposed lodge organizational structure
• Discuss leadership succession and the development of future LEC leaders
• Review the lodge budget, available funds, and financial priorities

The retreat will emphasize open communication, collaborative planning, and the Order of the Arrow’s commitment to being a youth-led, adviser-supported organization. LEC members should come prepared to participate, offer ideas, make decisions, and leave with clear responsibilities and next steps.
