Then you'll want to be at the Membership March Madness event. This isn't the training you've seen dozens of times. This is practical training that you can put into use immediately whether you are an experiened leader of a successful Pack or if you are struggling - there is something for everyone.

Recruiting is the foundation of a strong Pack. Families are selecting activities for the kids to participate in year-round. And we want Scouting to be at the top of the list!

Learn why your unit needs a year-round recruiting plan. And how to make that happen. There will be ideas and best practices to promote your Pack and recruit new Scouts. We will share resources that will help you make that 3-point shot and win the championship for your unit.

During the event you'll also have the opportunity to provide feedback and ideas to the Council membership team.

• Check-in begins at 8:30am
  • Opening Ceremony starts at 9am
