Membership Madness 2026
The Madness is BACK and even bigger than last time!
Membership Madness is a half-day training event for adult leaders who want to grow their Scout unit and help grow Scouting overall. Now including topics for Packs, Troops, & Crews/Ships, we will have courses covering everything from planning your unit’s growth to onboarding & retaining the families who join. Faculty from across our council will share their best ideas and hard-earned wisdom at Conway School on Saturday, March 7th.
“What are the most effective ways of advertising?”
“How do I get a new family integrated into my Scout unit? How do I get the parents involved?”
“How can my Troop help grow a nearby Pack? Should my Troop start a Venture Crew?”
Become an ALL-STAR at solving these problems and many more
Come learn, brainstorm, and hit a home run with the help of the many Scout volunteers who are on your team.
- Childcare available for Cub-aged kids (limited spots available)
- “Thank You” gift for every unit that sends an adult. Units who send at least three adults will have the option to upgrade to a different type of gift. (Note: an adult can only earn a Thank You gift for one unit)
- Doors open at 8:15am for check-in. Sessions begin at 9:00am.
- Coffee, light snacks, & raffle prizes provided
