Registration Note:
A $25/Scout (minimum $250) non-refundable deposit for each troop is required to reserve space at summer camp.
Boy and Girl units MUST have separate registrations with unique two-deep leadership for each. Please do not exaggerate your numbers and risk lost deposits. You are able to add your additional Scouts and Webelos Crossovers later in the spring. Campsite assignments are not determined until just before camp when troop numbers are more defined.

Please note.that once a participant is confirmed (paid), the $25 is non-refundable and does not transfer to available funds, so do not confirm a Scout who has not made financial commitment to the troop. If you decrease your youth numbers after confirmation or finalizing your registration, $25 is assessed for each Scout canceled.

Your deposit assures your troop a campsite at summer camp, though specific site requests are not guaranteed. Requests are prioritized by registration date, however final campsite assignments will also take into account your number of youth attending and the capacity of the campsite selected, and any special medical needs in camp that week. The Camp Director makes the final decision on campsite selection. We will strive to meet the needs of all troops.

2025 Fire Mountain Scouts BSA Summer Camp
July 27, 2025 1:00 PM: Week 3
Fire Mountain Scout Camp

A $250 deposit for each troop is required to reserve space at summer camp, even if you are sharing a campsite  Boy and Girl units MUST have separate registrations with unique two-deep leadership for each.

The $250 deposit is non-refundable after December 31st.

This deposit assures your troop a campsite at summer camp, but does not guarantee the sites selected. Your final site selection will be based upon the number of youth attending summer camp and the capacity of the campsite selected. Depending on size and current health restrictions, there may be more than one troop per campsite. The Camp Director makes the final decision on campsite selection. We will strive to meet the needs of all troops.

During pre-registration (deposit phase 9/16 - 1/1), the $250 troop deposit and an estimated number of youth and adults is required. Please do not pad this number.  It has no bearing on which campsites you have access to and you are able to add your additional Scouts and Webelos Crossovers later in the spring.

Once Open Registration begins on January 1st, you will need to confirm the current actual number of youth and adults attending and a $25/Scout deposit is due upon confirmation. Unconfirmed slots as of February 28th may be released to units on the waitlist. NOTE that once a participant is confirmed, the $25 is non-refundable and non-transferrable, so do not confirm a Scout who has not made firm commitment to the troop. If you decrease numbers after confirmation, $25 is assessed for each Scout canceled.

Units who have paid the $250 troop deposit during pre-registration can apply those funds to their first 10 Scouts' deposits.  New registrations started after Open Registration begins (January 1) will enter actual counts (not estimated) and pay the non-refundable $25/Scout (minimum of $250) rather than a general troop deposit.
