Every adult member of the Lodge is encouraged to attend, including adults who do not currently hold an adviser position. This is an opportunity to:

Help strengthen communication and coordination among our adult advisers.

Ensure our youth leaders have the guidance and resources they need to succeed.

Share your ideas about how we can improve and grow the Lodge.

There are many ways to contribute, and not every role requires a large or year-round time commitment. Whether you are ready to accept a position, interested in learning more, or simply want to understand how the Lodge operates, your participation will be valuable.

Current Associate Lodge Advisers are highly encouraged to attend in person at Fire Mountain Scout Camp. Having our current adviser team together will help us develop clearer responsibilities, identify areas where additional support is needed, and create a more coordinated plan for serving our youth leadership.

Our Lodge is strongest when adults work together behind the scenes, allowing our youth officers and committees to lead successfully. Please make this meeting a priority and encourage other Lodge adults to participate as well.
