*New Member: Just elected to the Order of the Arrow; has not been through Induction
*Induction Experience: A current member of any honor (Ordeal, Brotherhood or Vigil) who would like to experience the new Induction process.
*Brotherhood Candidate: Ordeal member who has decided to follow the Trail to Brotherhood (must be an Ordeal member for at least 6 months).
*Vigil Honor: Member who has been selected to sit Vigil.
*OA Member: Any OA member not doing any of the other programs.
*Youth: Under the age of 21. (This is different from Scouts; same as Venturing)
*Adult: 21 or older.
