*Ordeal Candidate (New Inductee): Just elected as a candidate for the Order of the Arrow; has not gone through Ordeal.
*Brotherhood Candidate: Ordeal member who has decided to take the Trail to Brotherhood (must be a member for at least 6 months).
*OA Member: Any OA member not doing Trail to Brotherhood.
*Youth: Under the age of 21. (This is different from Scouts; same as Venturing)
*Adult: 21 or older.
