Rivers District Shoot-o-ree

Dates: November 12-13

Location: Red Oak Nursery

Cost: $5 per youth participant, including scouts, siblings, and friends | No cost for adults. 

Event Description: Cub Scout Packs are invited a weekend of fun shooting sports! We invite you to bring a friend to join in the fun! Participate in Saturday shooting activities, then families have the option of camping overnight at Red Oak Nursery. All attendees must provide their own water, drinks, meals, and snacks, plus camping gear for the weekend. Porta potties are available.

SCHEDULE

Saturday, November 12

9am - Arrival, Registration, and camp setup

11:30am – 12:30 pm Lunch on your own

12:30pm – 3:30pm  -  Shooting sports stations:  Rotation of BB gun, archery, and slingshot

3:30pm – 4:30pm - Free shoot at any station, or free time, Shooting stations will close at 4:30pm

4:30pm – 5:30pm -  Free time,  gaga ball pit and fishing available.

5:38pm  Sunset

5:30pm – 6:30pm Dinner on your own

6:30pm – Campfire Ceremony

10pm – Lights out

Overnight camping is available if units choose to do so.
