You will need a tent (Scouts who are under 18 years of age must NOT share a tent with someone who is 18 years of age or older or who is another youth more than two years apart in age), sleeping bag, and clothes appropriate for the weather. You are expected to bring a filled water bottle and work gloves, along with a completed medical form (parts A & B).
Check-in for members will be at the Cub Adventure Camp Dining Hall between 6:00 and 9:00 PM Friday evening.
You must be registered to attend any portion of this event. We encourage you to come out for the whole weekend.
Check-in for Candidates going through their Ordeal will be at the Cub Adventure Camp Welcome Center Pavilion between 6:30 and 7:30 PM Friday evening.
Everyone attending should plan to park in the main parking lot by the Welcome Center Pavilion. The lower lot by the Dining Hall is reserved for handicapped and service vehicles only. Vehicles should not park along the road in front of the Welcome Center.
Scout uniform will be required for Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Pick-up on Sunday is between 10:30 and 11:00 AM from the Parking Lot at Cub Adventure Camp. All members and candidates are expected to stay and participate for the entire weekend.
Registration cutoff is Sunday, March 9th
A late fee of $10.00 will be chargeable after Sunday, March 2 (strictly enforced to all members). Due to the cost of food purchases and program materials, no refunds will be made unless notification of cancellation is made to the Nawakwa Registration team at registration@nawakwa.org prior to 5:00 PM on the Wednesday preceding the event or for an emergency.
