You will need a tent (Scouts who are under 18 years of age must NOT share a tent with someone who is 18 years of age or older or who is another youth more than two years apart in age), sleeping bag, and clothes appropriate for the weather. You are expected to bring a filled water bottle and a completed medical form (parts A & B).
Check-in will be at the Cub Adventure Camp Dining Hall between 6:00 and 9:00 PM Friday evening.
Members must be registered to attend any portion of this event, even for just the banquet. We encourage you to come out for the whole weekend. Members may invite non-OA guests to the banquet Saturday night for $10 each.
Scout uniform will be required for Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Pick-up on Sunday is between 10:30 and 11:00 AM from the Parking Lot at Cub Adventure Camp. All members are expected to stay and participate for the entire weekend.
Registration cutoff is Sunday, November 3rd
A late fee of $10.00 will be charged after Sunday, October 27 (strictly enforced to all members). Due to the cost of food purchases and program materials, no refunds will be made unless notification of cancellation is made to the Nawakwa Registration team at registration@nawakwa.org prior to 5:00 PM on the Wednesday preceding the event or for an emergency.
