Capitol/Cardinal Districts Webelos to Scouts Transition Fair

WEBELOS AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Finding the right Troop can seem a bit overwhelming. We hope to make that decision a little easier by bringing Capitol and Cardinal District Troops to you all in one place. Come visit some of the great Boy and Girl Troops in the Capitol and Cardinal Districts at the Webelos to Scouts Transition Fair on December 14th @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm at Deep Run Park Recreation Center. Webelos and their parents/guardians can preregister for this event to make sure that we have planned accordingly, but it is not required. There will be Scouts and Troop leaders there to talk to about any questions you might have about continuing your Scouting journey and the Troops are sure to bring a lot of fun activities. Troops will be located on the lower floor of the Deep Run Recreation Center. Scouts will help direct Webelos and their families to the event.

TROOPS: Please register in advance using the same link. We need to make sure that we have enough space to accommodate the Troops that want to attend as well as our Webelos guests and their families. Please bring your own tables for your display set up if needed. We will be setting up on the lower level of the Deep Run Recreation Center. You can arrive any time after 5:30 pm to set up. Please be sure to check in before you set up as we will be assigning locations. Provide any details of what you will be needing and how much room you need for your set-up in your registration so that we can make assignments accordingly. Only one Troop per registration.
