2022 Huguenot Trail UP3

THURSDAY JUNE 2

The Huguenot Trail District UP3 Event will be held on 2 June 2022 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 2480 Batterson Road, Powhatan, VA 23139 starting at 6:25 p.m.  (Please note your registration confirmation will show 6:30 p.m., but we begin at 6:25 p.m.)

The district committee is excited to host an old-fashioned evening of fellowship, awards, and learning in support of Unit planning with a theme of "Unit Planning for the Environment" to include "Leave No Trace" training resources and a speaker on how scouts can help control invasive plant species.

The evening will start with a potluck picnic, please bring a side dish with enough to share with 10 people.   Please confirm the side dish you will bring to UP3 in your registration.  The protein, paper products, dessert, and drinks will be provided for all.

During dinner, we will present the District Award of Merit, form, and details to be found here(1 recipient this year, formulated on the percentage of units within our district), and commissioners will have ceremonial yearly commissioning followed by our guest speakers for the evening. Come on out and enjoy a lovely evening with us!

If you are signing-up for your Scouting Unit, please include the full number of attendees in your registration.
