National Youth Leadership Training Course (NYLT)

Who:  Youth participants in Troops, Ships and Crews who are at least 13 years old and 1st class or higher.

What:  National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is a week-long course that focuses on leadership development for youth and led by youth.  It is the youth version of Wood Badge.  NYLT graduates learn leadership through proven training techniques and methods tuned for the youth of today.  NYLT is "Fun with a Purpose" using games and hands on experience to teach relevant skills!
Learn the concepts of what a leader must BE, what a leaders must KNOW, and what a leader must DO.

Where:  Heart of Virginia Council- Cub Adventure Camp

When:  Friday, September 4th to Monday, September 7th and Friday, September 18th to Sunday, September September 20th.  (Participants must attend both weekends.)

Cost:  $350 per participant
