All Scout Leaders, Volunteers, Scouts, Scouting Alumni, and family members are encouraged to BRING A SIDE DISH and attend this very special program to recognize our extraordinary District volunteers, our dazzling 2023 AOL Crossovers, and the exceptional young women and men of the Eagle Scout Class of 2023.

For the highlight of the evening, Arrohattoc District will recognize the hard work and dedication of our District’s youth, so, if you attained the rank of Eagle Scout — or were an AOL and crossed over to a Troop — between January 2023 and December 2023, you are invited to be a guest of the District at no charge.

The Heart of Virginia Council continues its tradition of providing this event free of charge for the District’s 2023 Eagle Scouts and AOL Crossovers, which will be underwritten with generous sponsorships by many Scout alumni, chartered organizations, Scouting supporters, and local businesses.

At this annual event, we will also recognize the contributions of our amazing District volunteers in severalaward categories — the most prestigious honor being the 2023 District Award of Merit, which will be bestowed upon up to two District volunteers.

Be sure to nominate YOUR fellow Scouters quickly!

Awards and recognitions bestowed at this event are open to any Scouter of Arrohattoc, and they can be nominated by anyone.  The goal is to identify the best and most deserving in each category---for accomplishments in Calendar Year 2023.  See the list of available Arrohattoc awards and recognition categories at https://sites.google.com/view/arrohattocdistrictawards?pli=1
