PLEASE READ BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR REGISTRATION:

This event is by Unit registration only. No individual registrations allowed. If you have an individual Scouts who would like to attend, please reach out to a Unit who is attending and make arrangements for the Scout to attend with that Unit. Also, daily drop off and pick-ups are not allowed unless approved by the Event Director.

Each Unit must have two deep leadership on site at all times.

Please select the number of Scouts and Adult Leaders that will be attending the event.

It is also important to designate who will be the Unit Leader during the event. You will be able to identify them when you fill out the Registration Contact information at the top of the next screen. 

Due to some confusion on meal and housing requests last year, we have gone back to where these items need to be selected for each Scout and each adult leader in their profile. 

The Heart of Virginia Council will do it’s best to honor covered housing requests at Winter Camp, but reserves the right to adjust covered housing assignments to meet the youth safety standards of Scouting America.

For open registration, you will see that Scouts and Adult leaders names are not required at this time. They will be required when Merit Badge registration opens on December 7. Any cancellations after December 8 will not be refunded unless their are extenuating circumstances. If this is the case, please have the UNIT Registration Contact or the Unit Leader for the event, contact Bill.Givler@Scouting.org.

You will add your Scouts and adult attendees on the next screen. Your registration costs and any add-ons will appear on the upper right hand side of that screen. 

You may have additional fees due after you select merit badge classes as certain classes have material expenses. Be sure to collect these from the Scout and pay in full before attending.
