Scouting BSA's Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills (IOLS) training provides adult Scouters with the basic knowledge, skills, and resources to lead age appropriate overnight outings.  Through practicing the patrol method and course instruction, attendees will experience a broad range of outdoor skills from outdoor cooking to orienteering, from campfire programs to leading themed nature hikes, and much more.  Round out your adult leader training with this hands on course while building a network of resources during a fun, interactive weekend at the Scout Hut in Tappahannock, Virginia.
