"Sit right back and you'll hear a tale..." Prepare yourselves for an unforgettable voyage as we head to Camp Powhatan for Claytor Lake Castaways: Island of Misadventure! We are thrilled to invite you and your family to join our "crew" for a weekend filled with laughter, camaraderie, and the great outdoors.

The Cruise Itinerary

Don't get lost at sea! Note your specific arrival dates:

• Day 1 (July 23): Solely for our Webelos explorers.
• Day 2-4: Everyone works the sails (July24-26th) as the rest of the Cubs join in!

The Manifest & Safety Protocols

To keep our expedition running smoothly, please note the following:

• Adult Leadership: Every "tour" must have appropriate adult leadership as per BSA Youth Protection policy and Scouting’s Barriers to Abuse.
• Female Youth Participants: We are excited to have you on board! To ensure a safe environment, each unit with female youth must have at least one registered adult female leader (21+) present.
• Medical Check-In: Our Health Officer will be at the check-in to review BSA Health Forms. Please arrive with Parts A and B completed for every participant (check the attachments!).

Be sure to bring the attached Medical forms with you during event check-in.
