Blue Heron Lodge hosts an annual Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) Conference to provide all Lodge members with the knowledge and experience necessary to serve as leaders in the BSA and their daily lives. All Lodge members are invited to attend, and attendance is highly encouraged for all those looking to serve as a 2023 Chapter Officer, 2023 Chairman, or future Lodge Leader.
