NOAC REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

At NOAC 2024, Arrowmen from around the country will gather in Boulder, Colorado to build ties of brotherhood and grow together as cheerful servants. Thousands of Arrowmen will attend the 2024 conference to share ideas, learn from one another, and most importantly, experience an outstanding conference that is unlike any other event in Scouting.

NOAC is Scouting's second-largest national program event. The reason for its sustained popularity can be attributed to the fact that it is planned and carried out by Arrowmen. Youth involvement ensures the conference program will be exciting, relevant, and nonstop fun.

There are two types of program fees – Standard and Discounted.  They differ by $50, and the Discounted fee is for the attendee who knows he or she will be going for sure.  The additional cost for the Standard fee allows for reimbursement, should the attendee not be able to attend (minus $100, of which is non-reimbursable).  The additional costs are for contingent swag, travel expenses, processing fees, and insurance.  The total estimated fee is $1,400 for Discounted and $1,450 for Standard, however, the exact cost will depend upon the final cost of transportation, benefits (patches, t-shirts, etc.) chosen by the contingent leadership.

Initial registration requires a $250 deposit to hold a slot to attend.  A payment schedule to complete the full fee payment will be $250 per month until the full registration fee is paid as below.  Registration during payment periods requires "catch up" payment to total amount due.
Payment #1: $250 Due not later than January 15, 2024, Total due: $500
Payment #2: $250 Due not later than February 15, 2024: Total Due: $750
Payment #3: $250 Due not later than March 15, 2024: Total Due: $1,000
Payment #4: $250 Due not later than April 15, 2024z; Total Due: $1,250
Final Payment: $200/$150 Due not later than May 15, 2024: Total Due: $1,450/1,400

NOTE:  If an attendee keeps up with the payment schedule and pays at least $625 by 1/31/24 then he or she can be confirmed or made to be a Discounted rate attendee.  However, if an attendee signs up to be a discounted rate individual, and by 1/31/24 he or she has not paid at least $625, he or she will be transitioned to the Standard rate and will be expected to pay $1,450 per the payment schedule.
