Welcome to the Princess Anne District Fall Orienteering Weekend – where you can choose your own path! This exciting event is designed to teach Scouts basic Orienteering skills or enhance the skills they already have. The goal of this program is to complete requirements to earn the Orienteering Merit Badge.   

With guidance from expert mentors and merit badge counselors, Scouts will tackle map and compass challenges that build confidence in orienteering. Explore the State Military Reservation, discover new directions, and set your sights on the ultimate destination: Eagle!

Check-in begins 5:00pm on Friday, November 13

Cost:

Adult $15/person

Youth $20/person

Staff $15/person includes Saturday lunch (please indicate any food allergies at signup), merit badges and event patch

NOTE: All Adults attending MUST BE registered leaders WITH current Safeguarding Youth Training upon date of registration. Registrations will be checked prior to event. If leader is not compliant, they cannot attend and NO refund will be issued. 

***All adults MUST present a Real ID or Military ID for entrance to the facility***

Registration opens Oct. 1 on Blackpug. The event is open to Troops, Crews, Ships and Posts in Princess Anne. Other Districts can register after October 1 if space is still available. Register no later than November 9, 2025.
