To train instructor candidates to teach basic-level American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED courses.. This is a Blended Learning course consisting of on-line content and classroom segments. On-line material must be completed prior to attending the classroom activities. Upon completion of this course the candidate will be a council level instructor and is expected to teach/co-teach at least 1 course for the council a year. This does not count any training they may do for their own unit.
