Derby Eligibility: The top three finishers of each rank from every pack in Three Rivers are eligible
to race. Arrow of Light (AOL) that have just bridged to a troop are still eligible. 
Fees: Qualified pack racers $8.50 per car
Registration: Pack Coordinator, please register your unit online 
Online Registration deadline is Tuesday, February 28, 2023
Car Turn-In Information:

All cars must be turned into the impound lot.  No cars will be accepted on race day!

It is strongly suggested to place this form and your car in a gallon zip lock back together when turning it in. This will ensure they are kept together.

YOUR PACK REPRESENTATIVE will be responsible for:

1.  Turning in Pack Worksheet (page 3 in attached guide)

2.  Delivering ALL cars that have qualified to race into the
District on one of the dates below.

Monday February 20   6:30-8:00 PM,  Church of the Resurrection, 3501 Cedar Lane, Portsmouth, VA 23703

Races begin immediately following the opening

11:00     Wolves and Bears 

11:45     Webelos and Arrow of Light

12:30     Lunch 

1:00      Overall District Championship Race

Awards: Final standings will be announced following
the conclusion of that den divisions races.
Awards will be distributed at the conclusion of the District Championship Race at 1:45
