The training is designed for Den Chiefs. However, all adult leaders who recruit or work with Den Chiefs are encouraged to attend with them. Den Leaders should be encouraged to attend to learn how to make the best use of a Den Chief. Adult leadership from units who want Den Chiefs or are responsible for providing Den Chiefs should be invited to attend and participate in the training as well. This helps promote a full understanding of the Den Chief role, and its manybenefits to the Den Chiefs, Leaders and Scout Units.
