Blue Heron Lodge hosts an annual Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) Conference to provide all Lodge members with the knowledge and experience necessary to serve as leaders in the BSA and their daily lives. All Lodge members are invited to attend, and attendance is highly encouraged for all those looking to serve as a 2025 Chapter Officer, 2025 Committee Chair, or future Lodge leader.
